Get active and support our exercise campaign
Weight-bearing exercise is crucial for keeping your bones healthy. But what forms of exercise are best, how much will make a difference, and how can you exercise safely if you have osteoporosis?
As the UK’s leading charity dedicated to osteoporosis and bone health, we want to make sure that people have the information and support they need to get active, whatever their age or fitness level. That’s why, over the coming months and years, we’ll be working with leading experts to develop guidance for health and exercise professionals so that they can advise people on the safe, bone-healthy exercise that’s right for them. We’re producing tools and information to help people get active in a way they’ll enjoy – whether it’s dancing, gardening or training for a marathon. And we’ll be developing awareness campaigns to ensure people of all ages understand how exercise can build healthy bones, for life.
Please support our exercise campaign and help more people build healthy bones for life.
We receive no government funding so are reliant on the generosity of supporters like you.
