EXERCISE CLASSES

The National Osteoporosis Society is not in a position to formally recommend any specific exercise classes, but we are happy to let you know about classes – such as the ones above – which are happening locally and which may be suitable for your needs.

Exercise Class with the Parkinson Group St Osmund’s Church Hall, Exeter Street Wednesdays, term time 11.30 a.m—12.15 p.m. £2.50 per session. Contact Pat on 01722 336970

Gentle Exercise Class Baptist Church Hall, Brown Street, Salisbury Mondays, term time 2.30-3.30 p.m. £ 2 donation per session
