Membership Direct Debits

The Charity has recently changed Direct Debit provider which means that some of you may have received a letter from your bank letting you know about the change.
Please be assured that there are no other changes to the amount or the frequency of your Direct Debit – and the reference that appears on your bank statement will continue to read ‘National Osteoporo’.
If you did spot two Direct Debits on your bank account for a very short period during the changeover day please don’t worry as only one will be taken, and the old one will now have been removed.
