New webinar series helps Healthcare Professionals develop osteoporosis knowledge
28 Apr 2017
The National Osteoporosis Society is launching a new series of webinars for healthcare professionals, designed to improve their knowledge of osteoporosis and contribute to their professional development.
Each webinar in the new series, which starts on Wednesday 7th June, will last for around 60 minutes - the equivalent of 1 CPD credit.
Henry Mace, Head of Professional Development at the National Osteoporosis Society, said the webinars will be a great way for busy healthcare professionals to access valuable, informative medical CPD, all from the comfort of their own home.
"Just like a physical meeting, the webinar will have a host and a presenter, with the audience being able to listen to the presenter and view slides on their own computer or mobile device. Members of the audience will have the opportunity to interact, ask questions, and take part in live polls."
The first webinar in this new series, Osteoporosis Management Update Treatment Options and Best Practice, - co-sponsored by Rosemont Pharmaceuticals and facilitated by Webinars for GPs - will be held on Wednesday 7th June, with registrations opening on Friday 2nd June. More details can be found below, or on the Webinars for GPs website.
